Each laser cut piece of steel is precision bent and powder-coated to ensure a quality fit. We’ve engineered our hollow rubber springs to deliver a progressive spring rate. In other words, the more weight that pushes down on the rubber springs the harder they work to prevent rear end sag. Whether you’re pulling a trailer or carrying a heavy load in the bed of your truck, our hollow rubber springs adjust automatically to keep the vehicle level at all times.This SES Suspension Upgrade replaces the jounce stop on the frame. Its unique design ensures superb ride quality – loaded or unloaded. (There should be a ½” to 1 ½” gap between rubber spring and axle to ensure unloaded ride quality.) Unlike other auxiliary spring systems, the SES Suspension Upgrade guarantees the best of both worlds.

  • Silent Ride Trailer Suspensions Warranty: Five-year Limited Warranty
  • Dakota Air Trailer Suspensions Warranty: Five-year Limited warranty on steel components; one year on other components including airbag and shock absorber.
  • STi Trailer Suspensions Warranty: Five-year limited warranty on steel components; one year on other components including torque rod assembly / spindle and air bag. 
  • Aeon™ Springs for OEM Customers: Timbren Aeon™ Rubber Springs are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for three years from date of purchase under normal use and service when used in a Timbren approved design.
  • Air Supply components are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 30 days.

Limitations

  1. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the failed part.
  2. The warranty does not include labor, freight, collateral damage or ancillary costs which may arise as a result of the failed part.
  3. Timbren retains the right to make its own inspection of the failed part to determine the validity of the claim.
  4. These warranties are non-transferrable.

Exclusions

  1. These warranties do not extend to and do not cover defects cause by:
    1. Any alteration, misuse, overload or negligence.
    2. Parts not manufactured by Timbren
    3. Normal wear and tear
    4. Addition of wheel spacers
    5. Improper alignment
    6. Improper Installation
    7. Unreasonable use
    8. Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance
    9. Cosmetic finish or corrosion
    10. Improper torque values and torquing of wheel units
  1. These warranties exclude any incidental and consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, towing fees, telephone calls, cost of meals and lodging, for any breach of any express or implied warranty.

Exclusive Remedy

Timbren will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components of any defective product or repair or replace the entire defective product.

FREE Shipping applies to all products shipped to the lower 48 United States, excluding truck freight items that exceed 100lbs or custom orders.

  • Leaf Springs, Axles, Long Travel Systems, and other products that get shipped on pallets will require specific shipping costs.
  • We do not ship truck-freight items out of the country, only to freight forwarders setup by the buyer.

All other shipping destinations that are available will be calculated at checkout, or you can contact us prior to your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing hardware, appears used or pre-installed, or is incomplete in any way, we will jump into action to send replacements.   • Products must be new, unused, and in uninstalled condition for us to accept a return.

  • Below 50lbs - $15 flat rate deducted from the refund. Shock Surplus will provide a shipping label to make this process as easy as possible.
  • Greater than 50lbs - Discounted shipping rates to get the product(s) back to Shock Surplus, that amount will be deducted from the refund. 50lb+ packages are automatically labeled 'Oversize' by our couriers, and automatically incur a $25 charge on top of the shipping fee.

Returns Under Shock Surplus' Responsibility

  • Free, we will provide a return shipping label and ship the replacement parts for free. If a refund is preferred, a full refund will occur.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. The amount of time it takes for your refund to show up in your account varies by payment method, but typically takes 1-3 business days. You will also receive a message confirming the refund via the marketplace where the purchase happened. We wish we could speed up the process of funds reaching your payment method following a refund, but it is out of our hands.
