Overview
Take your Ford F-150's suspension to the next level with FOX Billet Upper Control Arms. Designed specifically for lifted and leveled 2021-2026 Ford F-150 trucks, these premium control arms help restore proper suspension geometry, improve alignment, and increase suspension travel for enhanced on- and off-road performance.
Lifting or leveling a truck can cause the factory upper control arms to limit droop travel and negatively affect caster. FOX developed these billet upper control arms to help maintain proper caster and alignment while reducing steering wander, improving highway stability, and increasing wheel articulation on uneven terrain.
Each control arm is precision CNC-machined from high-strength 6061 billet aluminum and features a durable anodized finish with laser-etched FOX logos. Heavy-duty 1.25-inch hard chrome-plated uniballs provide increased articulation over traditional ball joints, while 3/4-inch chromoly heim joints deliver exceptional strength and durability.
Stainless steel taper misalignment spacers and high-strength 12-point steering knuckle hardware provide a secure, precise, direct bolt-on installation. Whether the vehicle is used as an overland build, weekend trail rig, or daily driver, FOX Billet Upper Control Arms deliver improved steering stability, greater suspension articulation, and increased durability compared with factory control arms.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy - Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Shock Surplus Package and Order Protection plan provides prepaid return labels for any returned packages, this fee varies by product.
- Our mistake (misboxed, wrong item, damaged): We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Your mistake (wrong item ordered, fitment error, changed mind): Return shipping is your responsibility.
- Under 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate (deducted from your refund).
- Over 50 lbs: Discounted carrier rate + $25 oversize fee (deducted).
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
- Funds typically post to your account in 1-3 business days depending on your payment method.
- There is a 10% restocking fee on all refunds. We do not get our original shipping, labor, or transaction fees back - so the 10% restocking fee keeps the lights on.
