Shock Surplus has made your install easier with this fully assembled 6112 Coil & Spring kit. Bilstein's 6112 shock and spring package is designed for the adventure enthusiast wanting more out of their daily-driver or weekend ride. Extremely capable not only off-road, but also dramatically improves on-road handling characteristics and road feedback. The height adjustment of the 6112 kit allows the drive to remain at factory height, or to level out the front end of the vehicle for larger wheel and tire clearance. This Bilstein kit rivals 2.5" race-series shocks and coilovers from the competition, in an easily accessible performance package that can get you almost anywhere off-road.

2017 F150
Ride great leveled truck look great very happy 😊
6112 and 6150 on 2016 F150
2016 SuperCrew King Ranch, 1" rake. tires at 34 - 35 inflation. Positive: The 6150 removed rear bed hop around curves and road bumps while at highway speeds which were a good improvement. 6112 in the front keep the truck tight in corners and highway manners are very responsive and feel comfortable at highway speeds. Didn't feel that much different than stock. Negative: The 6112 was installed at the 1" high to maintain rake and not level the truck. These don't take bumps well at slow speeds driving in parking lots or pot holes in town. There is a bump sound over speed bumps or pot holes. Truck has stiff bounces at slow speeds and these did nothing for slow speed improvement. Would not purchase again and would look for something that could do slow and higher speed.
Bilstein 6112
Love the shocks, replaced upper control arms at the same time. Have a BDS 4” lift on my truck with these shocks and upper control arms, you cannot tell it’s lifted while driving it. It drives so nice- this renewed my love for my truck. Everyday I’m excited to drive it.
Bilstein 6112 struts
Removed Rancho quick lift struts. Night and day. Love the way my truck rides and drives with the Bilstein’s.
Bilstein 6112 - Ford F150 - Overall I'm happy
I completed my purchase on January 6th. I received my order on January 31st. I inquired several times on shipping and they always responded. It took them quite a while to complete my order and ship to me. The shipping is ground from California to Georgia so that was 5 days. Once installed I am very pleased with the result. I ordered these on clip setting #5 and had Falken Wildpeak AT3W in 295/60/20 and factory wheels. There was no trimming needed and no rubbing lock to lock and in reverse. The performance of these after 3000 miles is as expected. I did not replace the rears or add larger block. That will be the next thing I do to compliment the performance of these. You'll be very pleased with the ride and stiffness. The word "stiff" is very relative. I would say that these are firmer over stock and provide better stability with roll in turns. You'll be pleased. Only giving four stars because I feel like they could communicate a little better on how long it takes before the product ships. I will still buy my rear setup from Shock Surplus when I do decide to change those.
