Product Details
Upgrade the front and rear suspension of your 2021-2026 Ford F-150 4WD with Bilstein B8 5100 Series shocks. The ride-height-adjustable front struts use the factory coil springs and provide settings from stock height up to 2.5" of front lift, helping reduce the factory rake and create a more level stance.
Matching rear shocks are available for trucks with 0"-1", 2", or 4" of rear lift. Select the rear shock option that corresponds with your truck's actual rear suspension lift height. Rear shock selection should be based on suspension lift rather than tire size or front leveling height.
Bilstein B8 5100 shocks feature a 46mm monotube design with velocity-sensitive digressive valving. The larger working piston and high-pressure nitrogen gas construction provide consistent, fade-resistant damping while reacting to changing road conditions. Each shock is tuned for the specific vehicle application to improve ride quality, handling, stability, and comfort.
The adjustable front struts can improve steering response, reduce excessive body roll and sway, and decrease nose dive during braking. The rear shocks complement the front suspension by providing controlled damping and improved stability both on-road and off-road.
The front struts feature a snap-ring-grooved coilover body, an included spring seat, a stem upper mount, and a crossbar lower mount. The rear shocks use a smooth-body design with 12mm eye mounts and include protective black bellows boots.
The corrosion-resistant zinc-plated finish provides additional protection in wet climates, harsh environments, and areas where road salt is commonly used.
Important Fitment Note: These shocks are intended for compatible 4WD models without factory Continuously Controlled Damping. Verify the vehicle's drivetrain, suspension type, and rear lift height before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy — Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and include all original hardware.
- No restocking fees for exchanges or gift card credit.
- 10% restocking fee on refunds, returns cost us real money, so the 10% helps keep the lights on.
- Installed, damaged, or dirty parts cannot be returned.
- Any returns missing hardware or miscellaneous items, the return will be denied and returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Bilstein shocks make your vehicle respond much better than stock shocks. Are they super soft and squishy on the road? No. They give you confidence because your truck or SUV reacts exactly how you expect when you steer or brake. That’s why we say 'Confidence through Control.' If you like having more control and a sportier feel while driving, Bilstein is the right choice. But if you want the same or more comfort than the soft factory shocks, we can recommend other options.
Bilstein 5100 shocks can’t be adjusted for stiffness or rebound. But on some trucks and SUVs (like the Tacoma, F-150, or Tundra), they can adjust the front ride height. This lets you reuse your stock coil springs and still lift the front of your vehicle by up to 2.5 inches, depending on the model. Always check the product details for the exact fit on your vehicle.

If your vehicle has been lifted, use the dropdown menu to pick the correct lift height.
