Unboxing & Installing the Eibach Lexus GX470 Lift Kit

  • Rear Pro Truck Shocks
  • Rear Coil Spring Conversion Kit

This is a complete system, front to back, to raise your GX up to your chosen height in order to run larger wheels or tires, or clear that more aggressive terrain. The key to this kit is the rear conversion kit that adapts the factory rear suspension to a coil spring and shock setup. This kit does not interfere with anything else on the vehicle, and sees a normal installation time of 3-5 hours.

One of our Suspension specialists here, Jeff, got into the install of this kit after the unboxing. The main difference between the GX platform on the 4Runner platforms is the air ride system and sensors.

"Eibach does a good job at explaining the steps in their instructions and walks you through the removal of the air ride system. Preventing any error codes is as easy as removing a couple of fuses in your fuse box." - Jeff
