While these 8100s weren’t showing much wear or other signs of failure, but we did want to get the new easy-adjust knobs installed, to ease the ability to adjust on the road. This makes the adjustment go from 5 minutes per corner, down to 30s per corner.

This rebuild involved changing out the seal heads, which Bilstein provides as a single unit of not only the o-ring, but the entire aluminum head.
